Privacy notice
Last updated 27 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website. It's short because we collect very little.
Who we are
This website is run by Jack Brennan, trading as Set Etiquette, in Ireland. Jack is responsible for the personal data described here. The website and app are built and hosted for Set Etiquette by Nixer.me.
What we collect
When you send the “Book a demo” form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, role, department or production, and your message. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we don't run analytics that identify you.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and arrange a demo, because you asked us to (the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We won't add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else to market to you.
Who handles it
Your message is sent to Jack by email using Resend, an email delivery service, and the website is hosted by Vercel. They process it only to deliver the message and run the site. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we're talking to you, and delete it within 12 months of our last contact unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Just reply to any email from us, or send a message through the contact form. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
